We ship globally but with some exceptions due to a high loss rate of shipments to those countries. If you find your country is on the disallowed list please contact us as we may be able to ship reliably using a courier service. Shipping is charged at standard Royal Mail 1st Class rates. We don't have a minimum order amount. The shipping cost is calculated from product weight. If you are placing a large order it is best to contact us beforehand so we can check the most economical solution. Shipments over 2kg cannot be sent with RM. We normally use UPS for these. We send all goods without delivery confirmation. In the past this has not caused any problems. If the situation changes we may change all shipments to Signed For but that will mean an increase in price. We always aim to offer the cheapest possible shipment method to our customers. When we start adding high value items to our range we will offer the possiblity of insuring the shipment appropriately. Please be aware that there is no tracking available on Royal Mail small parcel airmail. Tracked courier services are very expensive from the UK. Sending just one kit to the US would cost £21 so we don't offer this as a standard option (available on request). Shipping time vary widely from country to country and even within countries. Please allow up to three weeks for arrival from time of dispatch. You will receive a dispatch notification from the shop when your order is shipped. It is not possible to ship orders above 2 kilos internationally using Royal Mail. In cases where order weight exceeds 2 kilos we obtain a courier quote and will contact the customer with the exact cost. The cost you will see upon checkout is only a guide and it may vary depending on destination country. |
